By using 1v1 Euchre, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

Entertainment only

1v1 Euchre is a casual and competitive card game provided solely for entertainment. It does not include paid entry, wagering, deposits, prizes, balances, financial accounts, or redeemable rewards.

Fair and acceptable use

You may use the service only for lawful gameplay. You must not interfere with matches or servers, automate play without permission, exploit bugs, impersonate another person, harass other players, or attempt to access accounts or information that are not yours.

Accounts and sessions

You are responsible for activity associated with your account or active session and for protecting any access or reconnect credentials. Display names and usernames must not be misleading, unlawful, or abusive.

Service availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, reliability, fairness, or legal compliance. Matches can be interrupted by connectivity, maintenance, or technical failures. The service is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation.

Game records and enforcement

We may retain and review game, rating, and service-integrity records. We may limit or end access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, cheating, security risks, or violations of these terms.

Intellectual property

The app, website, visual design, and original service materials are owned by or licensed to the service operator. These terms do not grant permission to copy, resell, or distribute them except as allowed by law.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the service operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
